Feeding with Confidence

Feeding kids can be tough! Parents get plenty of advice about what to feed our children, but not enough about how to feed them. That’s where I come in! I’m Glynnis Storm, pediatric dietitian and founder of Sonoma Family Feeding, here to help you feel confident with both the what and the how around feeding our children.

MEET GLYNNIS

Sonoma County mom &
Pediatric Dietitian

I’m Glynnis Storm; a mom, Registered Dietitian and Board-Certified Specialist in Pediatric Nutrition. I am also trained in the SOS Approach to Feeding. As a working mom of two, I understand the messy, joyful, and stressful reality of feeding kids.

I’m passionate about helping parents navigate the normal (but often challenging) feeding behaviors that can make mealtimes overwhelming. As a pediatric dietitian and feeding behavior specialist, I combine evidence-based strategies with real-life understanding to help families uncover the root causes of feeding struggles and find practical, supportive ways to help address them. We can't remove chaos, but we can increase confidence and enjoyment in family meals.

Through Sonoma Family Feeding, I offer a space where parents feel seen, supported, and empowered: not just in what they feed their children, but in how they do it.

OUR APPROACH

At Sonoma Family Feeding LLC, my mission is simple. I aim to:

Offer local, in-person support for difficult feeding stages including introducing solid foods, age-appropriate picky eating, persistent selective eating, mealtime power struggles and general nutrition

Build confidence and reduce stress at meal times

Support children (and parents) in learning to self-regulate and grow into Competent, Intuitive Eaters

Make nutrition messages easier to understand and apply to "real life"

Do you relate to any of these situations? I can help.

Mealtimes are stressful and filled with power struggles. We need to make a change.
My child has a hard time eating fruits and vegetables. It feels like we have tried everything. Meals end in a power struggle!
I am wanting support with teaching my child how to have a positive relationship with food!
I am concerned about my child's limited diet, but am not sure what to do next.
